At Modern Rugs LA, we want you to love your new floor covering; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your rug in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. We offer a streamlined process to ensure your exchange or refund is handled with the utmost care and efficiency.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll the rug with the pile facing inward and wrap it securely in the original heavy-duty plastic packaging or an equivalent protective material to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the rug for quality assurance, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement item within 5 to 7 business days.
